Frequently Asked Questions

Can I cancel or reschedule a booking?

Yes, we allow rescheduling or the cancelation of any booking up to 12 hours in advance. To do so, navigate to your account page and click on “My Bookings”.

 

Can I do PT with a friend?

Of course! We have Group Personal Training options available. These are offered at a discounted rate. Many of our clients will bring friends on board after they see the amazing results! Call or text us to book. 

Do you offer a student discount?

Yes! We offer discounts to students with our PT Single Weekly and PT Weekly x2 plans. Call or text us to book a PT session and mention you are a student when booking. 

Do you offer a family discount?

Absolutely! We offer family discounts on our Weekly All-Inclusive Membership for Families. Kindly note that this membership provides a discount for families with children under the age of 18 and is exclusively designed to cater to their needs. For couples with no children, we suggest signing up individually for our  Weekly All-Inclusive Membership.

How do I book a PT Session?

You can learn more about our personal training in Toukley here. Just call or text us when you’re ready to book a session! 

Can I book a friend or family member in to a Group Fitness class?

Yes, if you are planning on attending a Group Fitness class with friends or family members, we allow you to book up to 4 spots in each Group Fitness Class.

We simply ask that any non-members that attend a class either pay the $15 casual rate when they arrive to the class or they can sign up for a free trial if it’s their first time.
