Nothing fires me up more than helping people achieve what they set out to do! My whole life i have loved being active! I come from an active family where running the beach, swimming laps in the pool or heading to the gym with mum was a norm for me. It made sense to study something in this area. After completing my degree in exercise and sports science i worked in gyms, then in sport for the Sydney Roosters. I have taken away things i have learnt along the road, likes and dislikes in training principal’s and approaches, and together at team Hive, now deliver what we believe is the best holistic approach to physical and mental health and wellness. No matter if you are a Mum, Dad, Nan, Pop, someone looking to improve their fitness, lose weight or improve their game or sport. I got your back! Lets Go!!
