High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is a time efficient way getting the job done!
Mobility is a necessary way of caring for the body and aiding recovery from training.
The HIIT component will predominantly focus on bodyweight exercises that are spicy! Short sharp bursts of work followed by periods of rest. A fantastic way to blow off steam and leave feeling accomplished.
Whilst the mobility will aid calming the nervous system after the hard work and enable the body to begin the recovery process.

The 5:15AM class is at Hive at 2/321 Main Rd Toukley 2262. The 6:15AM class is ran at 639 Maitland Street Norah Head (in front of Marine Rescue Building)
In the event of inclement weather, the 6:15 class will be moved to Hive Activs Performance Studio 2/321 main road Toukley.
Limit 20 per class.
