“When I first started at Hive, I’d been out of the gym for about five years. I decided to dive back in with Hive because I needed the physical coaching, but also the mental support to get my fitness back under control.”
Shell has been with us for almost two years, mainly attending our group fitness sessions. During this time, she hit some incredible milestones and has achieved the physical goals she set for herself when she began training with us.
“I lost the weight I originally set out to lose, going from 104Kg down to 85KG.”
Aside from weight loss, Shell’s strength and stamina improved substantially. Her determination in class shines and offers a beacon of inspiration to those around her. Whether it is picking up an extra weight or sprinting that last hill run, she is always looking to challenge herself further.
Shell’s relationship with her wellbeing and fitness also improved.
